• 721 Service Not Authorized
• 732 Access card has reached Purchase Limit
• 731/733 Remote Cotrol Pay-Per-Veiw is Disabled
• 762 Insert Valid Access Card
• 764 Wrong Access Card Inserted
• 771 Searching for Satellite
• 799 Good Box Gone Bad
