I have not been gotten the local channels for three days now. What's up with that? When you go to the "more info" icon, it tells you what you should do. so you do it. It still does not work. Then you go to the computer to find help, but unfortunately, there is no help and they will not give you a phone number to reach a real person to talk to you about resolving this problem. This has happen several times since we went the Directv. I will be so happy when our contract is up so I can go back to DISH. Never had a problem with their service.
